Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- A diagnosis of Intrauterine growth restriction
- A diagnosis of Gestational diabetes
- A diagnosis of pre gestational Diabetes
- IVF pregnancy
Exclusion
- chorioamnionitis
- meconium stained amniotic fluid
- A request of the patient for Cord blood retrieval for preservation
