Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients admitted to the neuro-ICU with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage
  • In need for CSF drainage based on clinical judgment

Exclusion

  • intraventricular clots
  • intraparenchymal clots causing midline shift
  • pregnancy
