Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients admitted to the neuro-ICU with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage
- In need for CSF drainage based on clinical judgment
Exclusion
- intraventricular clots
- intraparenchymal clots causing midline shift
- pregnancy
