Inclusion
- Positive Methadone tox screen
- Received care at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati
- Delivered at Good Samaritan Hospital
Exclusion
- Twin gestation
- Sever congenital anomalies
- Conditions requiring transfer to quaternary hospital
