Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- DSM IV diagnoses of SAD, PD/A or PTSD (CSR\>4)
- Withdraw of all psychotropic medications before treatment
Exclusion
- Psychosis
- Not willing to accept randomization
- Comorbid conditions are in immediate need of treatment
