The investigators assume that simple hand lacerations involving flexors or extensors tendons, do not require prophylactic antibiotic treatment to prevent wound infection.

Inclusion

  • Hand laceration
  • Tendon involeved
  • Clean laceration
  • No bone involved

Exclusion

  • Pregnant
  • Children
  • Immunocompremised patients
  • "Dirty" lacerations
