Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients undergoing primary emergency laparotomy or laparoscopy
- patients undergoing reoperation after abdominal surgery.
- Age \> 18 years
Exclusion
- Appendectomy
- Emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy
- Emergency diagnostic laparoscopy without intervention
