Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Documented HIV infection
- Newly establishing HIV care at study site
- Age 18 years or older
- English speaking
Exclusion
- Not willing or able to provide informed consent
- Received prior outpatient HIV care
- Completed \>1 primary care visits
