Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus
- Disease ≥ 12 months
- Age ≥ 18 years
- Residing in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, non-institutionalized
- Informed consent
Exclusion
- Gestational diabetes mellitus
- Obvious cognitive impairment
- Not speaking or understanding French well enough
