Inclusion
- English Speaking
- Women age 18-51 years of age
- Chronic pelvic pain and/or diagnosis of endometriosis
- Appendix removed at time of laparoscopy for treatment of endometriosis and/or pelvic pain
Exclusion
- Non-English speaking
- Previous appendectomy
