Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

  • residual bone height of 3-6mm
  • residual bone width of >4mm

Exclusion Criteria:

  • not treated periodontal disease
  • smoker (>5cig/day)
  • acute or chronic sinusitis
