Inclusion

  • Functional constipation defined by Rome III criteria
  • Consent form signed by parent or guardian

Exclusion

  • Patients with systemic, genetic or neurological diseases.
  • Lactose intolerance
  • Laxative use
  • Probiotic use
  • Antibiotic use during the study
