Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • indication of cold knife conization

Exclusion

  • conization using techniques other than the cold knife;
  • previous cervical conization using any other technique;
  • previous pelvic radiotherapy;
  • pregnancy; and
  • refusal to participate in the study
