Inclusion
- Patients with gastric adenocarcinoma who scheduled to undergo open gastrectomy
- Informed consents
Exclusion
- Pregnant
- Ascites
- Liver dysfunction
- Renal failure
- Past history of abdominal operation or small bowel obstruction
