  • General anesthesia protocol using propofol and remifentanyl
  • One half of the patients have a history of ischemic arteriopathy
  • One half of the patients have no history of ischemic arteriopathy
  • Exclusion criteria
  • Age \< 18 years old
  • Pregnant
