Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patient ≥ 18 years old
- Surgical indication for parathyroidectomy or thyroidectomy
Exclusion
- Patients \< 18 years old
- Patient with history of chronic opioid use
- Patient with chronic pain syndromes
- Patient with allergy to marcaine
