Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age: 18-50
- Both gender
- Weakness of face muscle
- FSHD phenotype positive
- Genetic Test confirmation for FSHD
Exclusion
- Co - morbidities: Heart \& respiratory diseases,malignancy, rheumatologic disorders
- Progressive form of disease
- Not able to sign the consent
