Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Anaesthesia residents in their 2nd or 3rd year of training

Exclusion

  • Hypertension
  • Cardiac disease
  • Endocrine disorder
  • Use of beta-blockers
  • Recent stressful or traumatic life events
  • Pregnancy
