Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- very low birth weight infants with a birthweight \<1500g
- Gestational Age \<32 weeks
- Informed consent
Exclusion
- major congenital malformations
- systemic metabolic diseases
- short bowl syndrome
- gastrointestinal abnormalities
- when preterm infant was transferred or discharged
