Inclusion
- Hypertension not taking antihypertensive medications
- Obesity not taking anti-obese or lipid-lowering medications
Exclusion
- Heart failure;
- pregnant or lactating
- diabetes
- thyroid disease
- fractures
- osteoporosis
- tumors;
