Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \>18 years
- cardiosurgery or neurosurgery
- written informed consent
- ECG: inus rhythm
Exclusion
- peacemaker
- kontraindications for PEEP
- pulmonary disease
- hemodynamically instable patients
- pregnancy
- pulmonal Hypertension
- ejection fraction \< 35%
- severe valvular disease
- tricuspid insufficiency
