Inclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I-II
- total knee arthroplasty
- 18-90 years
Exclusion
- allergic to the local anesthetics
- cognitive impairment such as dementia
- coagulopathy
- motor and sensory impairment
- patient refusal
- BMI \>39
