Inclusion

  • Overweight / Obesity
  • Lower consumers of fruit and vegetables

Exclusion

  • Antibiotic treatment within 3 months prior the pasta feeding
  • Chronic diseases
  • Surgeries
  • Consumer of whole grain products
  • Dieting
  • Pregnant or lactating
