- Overweight / Obesity
- Lower consumers of fruit and vegetables
Exclusion
- Antibiotic treatment within 3 months prior the pasta feeding
- Chronic diseases
- Surgeries
- Consumer of whole grain products
- Dieting
- Pregnant or lactating
