Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • ≥18 years of age
  • Suspected or Known diagnosis of lung or esophageal cancer
  • Willing and able to complete questionnaires

Exclusion

  • Subjects unwilling to provide informed consent
  • Subjects unwilling or unable to answer the questionnaires
