Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- subjects without known diabetes
- first degree relatives of diabetics
Exclusion
- coronary or valvular heart disease
- congestive heart failure
- peripheral vascular disease
- liver or kidney failure
- history of alcohol or drug abuse
