Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- all adult male aged18 and 49 years
Exclusion
- severe comorbid states such as sickle cell disease
- uncontrolled diabetes
- hypertension
- active sexually transmitted infections and genital ulcers
- in addition known allergy to lidocaine or bupivacaine
