Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • all adult male aged18 and 49 years

Exclusion

  • severe comorbid states such as sickle cell disease
  • uncontrolled diabetes
  • hypertension
  • active sexually transmitted infections and genital ulcers
  • in addition known allergy to lidocaine or bupivacaine
