Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All patients are undergoing elective spine laminectomy
Exclusion
- age \<20 yr
- emergency surgery
- coagulopathy
- renal and hepatic dysfunction
- hyperthyroidism, and cardiac rhythm other than sinus rhythm
