Inclusion
- Singleton pregnancy
- Preterm labor
- GA24-34wk
- Intact membranes
Exclusion
- Maternal/fetal condition requiring immediate delivery ex. Chorioamnionitis, fetal distress
- Placenta previa
- medical and obstetric complications
- allergy to dydrogesterone
