Inclusion

  • ASA 1 to 3 patients for any shoulder surgery or unilateral ACL knee surgery

Exclusion

  • Refusal to consent
  • Allergy to Chirocaine local anaesthetic
  • Pace maker in situ
  • Sepsis at site of regional block
