Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinically stable
- Under standard medication
- Stage I and IV
- No change in medications over three months
Exclusion
- Cognitive disorders
- Current corticosteroid use
- Having co-morbidity to prevent performing IMT
- Acute infection
- Orthopedic and neurological problems
