Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 5 \< BMI \< 30 kg/m2
- Engagement in regular physical activity ( \> 1 h a week)
Exclusion
- Use of medication
- Smoking
- Currently supplementing diet with nitrate
- Lactose intolerance
