Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adult patients scheduled for diagnostic and therapeutic shoulder arthroscopy, with or without decompression technique were eligible

Exclusion

  • contraindications for ISB
  • diabetes mellitus
  • peripheral neuropathy
  • patients receiving chronic analgesic therapy
  • contraindications for NSAID
  • patients with an initial QST with abnormal values
