Inclusion
- American Society of Anesthesiologists-physical status: I or II
- elective caesarean section
Exclusion
- age under eighteen
- maternal systemic diseases
- allergies against the drugs used
- systemic infection or local infection in the puncture area
- dysfunctional coagulation
- coagulation-inhibiting drugs
