Inclusion

  • Age \> 18 years old
  • Body weight \< 140 kg
  • Indicated ablation for ventricular tachycardia or persistent atrial fibrillation

Exclusion

  • Severe renal insufficiency defined by creatinine clearance \< 30 mL/min
