Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Azoospermia;
  • testis longitudinal axis less than 4.5 cm;
  • serum follicle-stimulating hormone greater than 7.6 IU/L

Exclusion

  • History of testicular biopsy,
  • malignancy,
  • varicocele,
  • hyperprolactinemia,
  • thyroid disfunction,
  • chemotherapy,
  • radiotherapy
