Inclusion
- 65+
- residing in a nursing home
- having palliative care needs (based on the 'surprise question': 'would you be surprised if this person was to die within 6 to 12 months?') (Hubard G, 2011)
Exclusion
- 65-
- not residing in a nursing home
- no palliative care needs
