Inclusion
- received a kidney or a kidney-pancreas transplant in the University Hospital Zürich
Exclusion
- unstable psychiatric disorder
- cognitive impairment
- multi-organ transplantation with lung
- liver or heart
- illiteracy
- not able to speak and understand German
