Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients
- Going for elective vitreoretinal surgery.
Exclusion
- History of coagulation abnormalities.
- Allergy to local anesthetics.
- Cardiac, hepatic or renal failure,
- Chronic clonidine or analgesic therapy.
- One-eyed patients
