Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- clinical symptoms of sepsis, severe sepsis and septic shock
- age over 18 years
Exclusion
- preexisting Neurological diseases
- traumatic brain injury
- intracranial infectious disease
- severe hepatic or renal dysfunction
- ICU discharge Within 72 hours
- pregnancy
