Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients scheduled to a lung surgical procedure and thoracic epidural analgesia
Exclusion
- Abnormalities of the external ear
- Dialysis or end stage renal failure
- Abnormal urinary tract
- Incapacity to self assessment of comfort and anxiety,
- Contra-indication to total intravenous anesthesia
