Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 3-13 years
  • Receiving general anesthesia for upper endoscopy

Exclusion

  • Known or possible difficult airway
  • BMI \> 35
  • Weight \< 10 kg
  • Sedative premedication required
  • Known contraindication to ketamine or propofol
