Inclusion

  • age 30-70 years
  • IMC \>28 and \< 35 kg/m2
  • pharmacological treatment unchanged in the last 3 months

Exclusion

  • chronic kidney disease
  • liver or chronic inflammatory bowel disease
  • tumor
