Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder
- Must be able to provide written informed consent
- Must be able to attend program sessions
Exclusion
- Inability to understand written and spoken English
- Primary diagnosis other than Major Depressive Disorder
