Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Vaginal delivery at either BIDMC or Mt. Auburn Hospital complicated by either third or fourth degree perineal laceration
- Age 18 or older
Exclusion
- History of previous vaginal delivery after 24 weeks gestation
