Inclusion
- Women with atonic PPH.
Exclusion
- Gestational age \<37 weeks.
- Hypertension.
- Preeclampsia.
- Cardiac, renal or liver diseases
- Epilepsy.
- Known hypersensitivity to Carbetocin
