Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Male
- Achilles tendon rupture
Exclusion
- arterial insufficiency
- diabetes
- autoimmune disease
- patients who used systemic antibiotics or steroids or showed any other clinical contraindication to perform maximum voluntary contractions on a dynamometer.
