Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis of diabetes mellitus
- Age ≥ 21 years
- Infectious Disease Society of America stage 3 infection
Exclusion
- History of previous bone infection in the study foot
- Unable to provide informed consent
- HIV, Hepatitis, osteomyelitis at other sites
