Inclusion
- Inclusion criteria:
- Age \> 18 years
- Suspicion of acute stroke with symptom onset \< 72 h before teleconsultation
- NIHSS score \> 0
- Informed consent
- Exclusion criterion:
- Patients for whom telestroke consultation would delay any diagnostic or therapeutic intervention
