  • hemodialysis
  • age \>18 years

Exclusion

  • severe infections
  • diabetes
  • malignancy
  • history of food intolerance
  • autoimmune disorders
  • severe malnutrition
  • clinical conditions requiring artificial feeding
  • kidney transplant
