Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- RLQ pain with clinical suspicion for acute appendicitis
Exclusion
- History of appendectomy
- Imaging prior to ED ultrasound performed to evaluate the RLQ
- Patients who are decisionally impaired or cannot provide consent
