Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- thrombolysis/thrombectomy in one of the seven participating stroke centers following EMS referral
- written informed consent from the patient and/or his/her legal representative.
Exclusion
- in-hospital stroke
- referred for thrombectomy by another Hospital.
